Oscar is a very active and lovable 12 year old cocker spaniel boy. He loves everyone, gets along well with dogs, cats, etc. Oscar's owners had a new baby so he was surrendered to a shelter. He is a velcro boy that would love to have someone to cuddle with all the time. Oscar is also deaf but totally housetrained. He is quite the love bug. How can anyone pass up a face like this?
